August 24, 2023: Indio, CA 92201 The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Indio Rajahs (Indio, CA) and the visiting Jurupa Hills Spartans (Fontana, CA), saw Indio's volleyball squad beat Jurupa Hills by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Indio upgrades its record to 2-0 on the year.
The Spartans now own a 0-4 record. They play next when they host Corona for a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 29. Jurupa Hills will play a Panthers squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Notre Dame (Riverside, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 1-0.
