August 24, 2023: Pickens, SC 29671 The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Wren Hurricanes (Piedmont, SC) and the host Pickens Blue Flame (Pickens, SC), saw Wren's volleyball squad nip Pickens by a tally of 2-1.
With the win, Wren upgrades its record to 2-0 on the year. The Hurricanes travel to Woodmont (Piedmont, SC) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Saturday, August 26. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 2-0. Woodmont won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Riverside (Greer, SC)
The Blue Flame now own a 5-2 record. They play next when they travel to Daniel for a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 29.
