Oklahoma High School Softball - Cameron bounces Arkoma
August 24, 2023: Cameron, OK 74932 Cameron Yellow Jackets (Cameron, OK) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Arkoma Mustangs (Arkoma, OK), 16-8 in a non-league challenge.
The Yellow Jackets now own a 4-7 record. They take the field next when they host Spiro for a non-league challenge on Monday, August 28. Cameron will battle a Bulldogs squad coming off a 8-3 league loss to Henryetta (Henryetta, OK). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-7.
With the loss, Arkoma falls to 1-7 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Gans (Gans, OK) to battle the Grizzlies in a non-league challenge on Monday, August 28. The Grizzlies enter the challenge with a record of 1-7. Gans lost 8-0 in their recent league challenge against Indianola (Indianola, OK)
