Ohio High School Volleyball - Lake Center Christian over Ellet
August 24, 2023: Hartville, OH 44632 The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Lake Center Christian Tiger (Hartville, OH) and the visiting Ellet Orangemen (Akron, OH), saw Lake Center Christian's volleyball squad beat Ellet by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Lake Center Christian upgrades its record to 2-1 on the year. The Tiger host Southeast (Ravenna, OH) to play the Pirates in a Portage Trail - County bout on Tuesday, August 29. The Pirates go into the bout with a record of 0-3.
The Orangemen now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Tallmadge for a non-league bout on Saturday, August 26. Ellet will play a Blue Devils squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Woodridge (Peninsula, OH). The Blue Devils record now stands at 1-1.
