The Hinckley-Big Rock Royals topped the visiting Sandwich Indians volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Royals now have a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Bede for a non-league test on Monday, August 28. Hinckley-Big Rock will confront a Bruins team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Sherrard (Sherrard, IL). The Bruins record now stands at 0-2.

The Indians (0-3) will now prepare for their test against Seneca (Seneca, IL). The Fighting Irish enter the non-league test with a 2-0 record. In their last test, Seneca gained a win over Peotone (Peotone, IL), 2-0, in a non-league test.
