August 24, 2023: Shiner, TX 77984 The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Shiner Comanches (Shiner, TX) and the visiting Jourdanton Indians/Squaws (Jourdanton, TX), saw Shiner's volleyball squad nip Jourdanton by a tally of 2-1.
With the win, Shiner upgrades its record to 15-6 on the year. The Comanches travel to Victoria East (Victoria, TX) to play the Titans in a non-league bout on Saturday, August 26. The Titans go into the bout with a record of 8-9. Victoria East lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Calhoun (Port Lavaca, TX)
The Indians/Squaws now own a 10-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Three Rivers for a non-league contest on Saturday, August 26.
