With the triumph, Warren Central moves its record to 6-1 on the campaign. The Dragons travel to Ballard (Louisville, KY) to meet the Bruins in a non-league match on Monday, August 26. The Bruins come into the match with a record of 1-5. Ballard lost 2-1 in their recent non-league match against North Oldham (Goshen, KY)
The Mustangs now sport a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they host Marshall County for a non-league contest on Thursday, August 29. McCracken County will face a Marshals team coming off a 5-0 non-league win over Massac County (Metropolis, IL). The Marshals record now stands at 4-3.
