The Cherokee County Warriors volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Plainview Bears to 1 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Warriors now possess a 6-1 record. They play next when they travel to Guntersville for a non-league outing on Saturday, August 24. Cherokee County will play a Wildcats team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Danville (Danville, AL). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-0.
