The Comets now possess a 4-1 record. They play next when they travel to Unity Christian for a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 27. Kalamazoo Christian will clash with a Crusaders team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Grandville (Grandville, MI). The Crusaders record now stands at 2-1.
With the loss, Pewamo-Westphalia drops to 4-3 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Laingsburg (Laingsburg, MI) to clash with the Wolfpack in a Central Michigan bout on Wednesday, August 28.
