August 24, 2024: LaGrange, GA 30240 Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the LaGrange Grangers (LaGrange, GA) and the visiting Unity Christian Lions (Rome, GA), observed LaGrange's volleyball team top Unity Christian by a count of 2-0.
The Grangers (5-1) will now prepare for their contest against Lafayette Christian (LaGrange, GA). The Cougars come into the non-league bout with a 4-1 record. In their last bout, Lafayette Christian defeated Central Christian (Sharpsburg, GA), 3-2, in a non-league bout.
With the loss, Unity Christian drops to 8-8 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Hearts Academy (Powder Springs, GA) to clash with the Panthers in a GAPPS DI-A Region 1 bout on Monday, August 26. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 0-4. Hearts Academy lost 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Oak Mountain Academy (Carrollton, GA)
