The Sierra Grande Panthers volleyball squad (Blanca, CO), was defeated 3-0 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Nucla Mustangs (Nucla, CO)

With the win, Nucla improves its record to 2-1 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Sargent (Monte Vista, CO) to encounter the Farmers in a non-league battle on Saturday, August 31. The Farmers go into the battle with a record of 3-0. Sargent won 2-0 in their recent non-league battle against Pueblo Central (Pueblo, CO)

The Panthers now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Center for a non-league battle on Saturday, August 31.
