August 24, 2024: Gainesville, FL 32607 Oak Hall Eagles (Gainesville, FL) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting St. John Paul II Panthers (Tallahassee, FL), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Oak Hall advances its record to 5-0 on the season. The Eagles travel to Union County (Lake Butler, FL) to face the Fightin' Tigers in a non-league test on Thursday, August 29. The Fightin' Tigers go into the test with a record of 1-2.
The Panthers now sport a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Maclay for a non-league test on Monday, August 26. St. John Paul II will battle a Marauders team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Chiles (Tallahassee, FL). The Marauders record now stands at 0-1.
