The crowd at Thursday's league match between the Varnum Whippets (Seminole, OK) and the visiting Tupelo Tigers (Tupelo, OK), saw Varnum's softball squad achieve victory over Tupelo by a count of 8-0.
The Whippets now sport a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Stringtown for a non-league match on Thursday, September 8.
