August 25, 2022: Forest City, NC 28018 The East Rutherford Cavaliers football team (Forest City, NC), was tipped 17-12 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the visiting Tuscola Mountaineers (Waynesville, NC)
The Mountaineers (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Erwin (Asheville, NC). The Warriors come into the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Erwin nipped Chase (Forest City, NC), 40-18, in a non-league challenge.
The Cavaliers now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to McDowell for a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 1. East Rutherford will meet a Titans team coming off a 32-6 non-league win over Cloudland (Roan Mountain, TN). The Titans record now stands at 2-0.
