The DeSoto Central Jaguars topped the visiting Olive Branch Conquistadors volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Thursday's league test.

The Jaguars now have a 4-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lafayette for a non-league test on Friday, August 26. DeSoto Central will confront a Commodores team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Hickory Flat (Hickory Flat, MS). The Commodores record now stands at 5-3.
