The Banning Broncos football team (Banning, CA), was beaten 24-14 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Southwest EC Eagles (El Centro, CA)

The Eagles (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Gila Ridge (Yuma, AZ). The Hawks come into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Gila Ridge was beaten by Army-Navy (Carlsbad, CA), 40-0, in a non-league challenge.

The Broncos now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Desert Chapel for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 1.
