Kentucky High School Football - Hancock County topples Breckinridge County
August 25, 2023: Lewisport, KY 42351 The Hancock County Hornets (Lewisport, KY) football defeated the visiting Breckinridge County Fighting Tigers (Harned, KY), 22-12 in Friday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Hornets face the Ohio County Eagles (Hartford, KY) in a non-league bout, on Friday, September 1. Hancock County will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record. The Eagles enter the bout with a 0-2 record after their 19-0 non-league loss to Todd County Central (Elkton, KY).
The Fighting Tigers (1-1) will now prepare for their bout against Jeffersontown (Louisville, KY). The Chargers enter the non-league bout with a 1-0 record.
