The Lincoln Railsplitters football team (Ypsilanti, MI), was tipped 7-3 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Milan Big Reds (Milan, MI)

The Big Reds (1-0) will now prepare for their outing against Jefferson (Monroe, MI). The Bears go into the Huron outing with a 0-1 record. In their last outing, Jefferson was edged by Erie-Mason (Erie, MI), 42-12, in a non-league outing.

With the loss, Lincoln moves to 0-1 on the season. The Railsplitters travel to Pioneer (Ann Arbor, MI) to confront the Pioneers in a Southeastern - Red outing on Friday, September 1. The Pioneers go into the outing with a record of 0-1. Pioneer lost 36-30 in their recent non-league outing against Adrian (Adrian, MI)
