August 25, 2023: Menomonee Falls, WI 53051 The New Berlin West Vikings football team (New Berlin, WI), was beaten 49-38 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Menomonee Falls Phoenix (Menomonee Falls, WI)
The Phoenix (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Brookfield East (Brookfield, WI). The Spartans come into the Greater Metro challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Brookfield East was beaten by Racine Case (Racine, WI), 14-13, in a non-league challenge.
The Vikings now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Pius XI Catholic for a Parkland challenge on Thursday, August 31. New Berlin West will meet a Popes team coming off a 43-14 non-league win over St. Thomas More (Milwaukee, WI). The Popes record now stands at 2-0.
