Nevada High School Football - Hug sneaks past Spanish Springs
August 25, 2023: Reno, NV 89512 The Hug Hawks (Reno, NV) football edged the visiting Spanish Springs Cougars (Sparks, NV), 25-22 in Friday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Hawks face the McQueen Lancers (Reno, NV) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, September 14. Hug will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record.
The Cougars (1-1) will now prepare for their bout against Bishop Manogue (Reno, NV). The Miners enter the bout with a 0-2 record. In their last bout, Bishop Manogue was nudged by Jesuit (Carmichael, CA), 40-0, in a non-league bout.
