California High School Flag Football - Magnolia tops Whitney
August 25, 2025: Cerritos, CA 90703 The Magnolia Sentinels flag football squad scored 26 points and limited the host Whitney Wildcats to 0 in the Sentinels non-league triumph on Monday.
The Sentinels now sport a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Glenn for a non-league test on Thursday, August 28. Magnolia will face a Eagles team coming off a 30-6 non-league loss to La Mirada (La Mirada, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 1-3.
The Wildcats (0-3) will now prepare for their game against Katella (Anaheim, CA). The Knights enter the non-league game with a 3-2 record. In their last game, Katella ran past Tustin (Tustin, CA), 13-0, in a non-league game.
