The Exeter Township Eagles football squad scored 12 points and limited the visiting Trinity Shamrocks to 6 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Monday.

The Eagles now hold a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Central York for a non-league test on Monday, September 8.

With the defeat, Trinity drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Shamrocks host East Pennsboro (Enola, PA) to meet the Panthers in a non-league test on Saturday, August 30. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 0-1. East Pennsboro lost 20-7 in their recent non-league challenge against Garden Spot (New Holland, PA)
