The Lancaster Eagles football team (Lancaster, CA), was tipped 35-28 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Yucca Valley Trojans (Yucca Valley, CA)

The Trojans (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Canyon Springs (Moreno Valley, CA). The Cougars come into the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Canyon Springs nipped Banning (Banning, CA), 60-12, in a non-league challenge.

The Eagles now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Burroughs for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 2. Lancaster will meet a Burros team coming off a 42-6 non-league loss to Palmdale (Palmdale, CA). The Burros record now stands at 0-2.
