Utah High School Volleyball - Hurricane tips Murray
August 26, 2022: Murray, UT 84107 The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Hurricane Tigers (Hurricane, UT) and the host Murray Spartans (Murray, UT), saw Hurricane's volleyball squad nip Murray by a tally of 2-1.
With the win, Hurricane upgrades its record to 4-3 on the year. The Tigers travel to Dixie (St. George, UT) to play the Flyers in a non-league bout on Saturday, August 27. The Flyers go into the bout with a record of 2-0. Dixie won 2-1 in their recent non-league bout against Emery (Castle Dale, UT)
The Spartans now own a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to Payson for a non-league bout on Saturday, August 27. Murray will play a Lions squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Valley (Orderville, UT). The Lions record now stands at 3-2.
