August 26, 2023: Hellertown, PA 18055 In Saturday's non-league game, the Notre Dame-Green Pond Crusaders (Easton, PA) football team smashed the host Saucon Valley Panthers (Hellertown, PA), by a score of 43-0.
The Crusaders (1-0) will now prepare for their game against Southern Lehigh (Center Valley, PA). The Spartans come into the non-league game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, Southern Lehigh overwhelmed Quakertown (Quakertown, PA), 20-15, in a non-league game.
The Panthers now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Salisbury Township for a non-league game on Saturday, September 2. Saucon Valley will battle a Falcons team coming off a 27-0 non-league win over Panther Valley (Lansford, PA). The Falcons record now stands at 1-0.
