August 26, 2023: Beverly Hills, CA 90212 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Beverly Hills Normans (Beverly Hills, CA) and the visiting Poly Parrots (Sun Valley, CA), saw Beverly Hills's volleyball squad beat Poly by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Beverly Hills upgrades its record to 1-1 on the year. The Normans travel to Inglewood (Inglewood, CA) to play the Sentinels in a bout on Thursday, September 14. The Sentinels go into the bout with a record of 1-0.
The Parrots now own a 3-4 record. They play next when they travel to Kennedy for a non-league bout on Saturday, August 26. Poly will play a Cougars squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Birmingham (Lake Balboa, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 0-5.
