August 26, 2023: Los Angeles, CA 90066 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Venice Gondoliers (Los Angeles, CA) and the visiting Poly Parrots (Sun Valley, CA), saw Venice's volleyball squad beat Poly by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Venice upgrades its record to 4-0 on the year. The Gondoliers travel to Taft (Woodland Hills, CA) to play the Toreadors in a non-league bout on Saturday, August 26. The Toreadors go into the bout with a record of 1-1. Taft lost 2-1 in their recent non-league bout against Burroughs (Burbank, CA)
The Parrots now own a 3-4 record. They play next when they travel to Port of Los Angeles for a non-league bout on Saturday, August 26. Poly will play a Polar Bears squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Foshay (Los Angeles, CA). The Polar Bears record now stands at 1-0.
