Georgia High School Softball - Lassiter bounces Tift County
August 26, 2023: Marietta, GA 30066 The Lassiter Trojans (Marietta, GA) softball routed the visiting Tift County Blue Devils (Tifton, GA), 10-4 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Trojans (7-1) will now prepare for their bout against Campbell (Smyrna, GA). The Spartans go into the non-league bout with a 4-6 record. In their last bout, Campbell was routed by Houston County (Warner Robins, GA), 11-3, in a non-league bout.
The Blue Devils now possess a 4-6 record. They play next when they host Lowndes for a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 29. Tift County will confront a Vikings squad coming off a 8-5 non-league win over Berrien (Nashville, GA). The Vikings record now stands at 6-3.
