The Anderson County Mavericks topped the host Hume-Fogg Blue Knights volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Mavericks now have a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Portland for a non-league test on Saturday, August 26. Anderson County will confront a Panthers team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Beech (Hendersonville, TN). The Panthers record now stands at 3-3.
