California High School Volleyball - Brentwood School over Rio Mesa
August 26, 2023: Oxnard, CA 93036 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Brentwood School Eagles (Los Angeles, CA) and the host Rio Mesa Spartans (Oxnard, CA), saw Brentwood School's volleyball squad beat Rio Mesa by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Brentwood School upgrades its record to 3-3 on the year. The Eagles travel to Village Christian (Sun Valley, CA) to play the Crusaders in a non-league bout on Saturday, August 26. The Crusaders go into the bout with a record of 7-1. Village Christian won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Canyon (Canyon Country, CA)
The Spartans now own a 4-6 record. They play next when they travel to San Marcos for a Channel bout on Tuesday, August 29. Rio Mesa will play a Royals squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to Dos Pueblos (Goleta, CA). The Royals record now stands at 4-3.
