Indiana High School Volleyball - Columbus East can't hold off Brownstown Central

In Saturday's non-league battle, the host Brownstown Central Braves volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Columbus East Olympians.

The Braves (4-3) will now prepare for their battle against East Central (St. Leon, IN). The Trojans come into the non-league battle with a 8-2 record. In their last battle, East Central nudged Batesville (Batesville, IN), 3-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Olympians clash with the Mitchell Bluejackets (Mitchell, IN) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, August 26. Columbus East will attempt to advance on its 3-5 season record. The Bluejackets come into the battle with a 9-1 record after their 3-0 league win over Orleans (Orleans, IN).
