Iowa High School Volleyball - Creston tips Interstate 35
August 26, 2023: Creston, IA 50801 Creston Panthers (Creston, IA) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the visiting Interstate 35 Roadrunners (Truro, IA), 2-1 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Panthers clash with the Essex Trojans (Essex, IA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, August 26. Creston will attempt to advance on its 3-4 season record. The Trojans come into the match with a 0-2 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Southwest Valley (Corning, IA).
With the loss, Interstate 35 drops to 1-5 on the campaign. The Roadrunners travel to Lenox (Lenox, IA) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league match on Saturday, August 26. The Tigers come into the match with a record of 2-0. Lenox won 2-1 in their recent non-league match against Griswold (Griswold, IA)
