The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Lake City Trojans (Lake City, MI) and the host Lansing Catholic Cougars (Lansing, MI), saw Lake City's volleyball squad nip Lansing Catholic by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, Lake City upgrades its record to 14-0 on the year. The Trojans travel to Beal City (Mt. Pleasant, MI) to play the Aggies in a Highland bout on Saturday, August 26. The Aggies go into the bout with a record of 1-0.
