The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Laramie Plainsmen (Laramie, WY) and the host Thunder Basin Bolts (Gillette, WY), saw Laramie's volleyball squad nip Thunder Basin by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, Laramie upgrades its record to 5-0 on the year. The Plainsmen travel to Natrona County (Casper, WY) to play the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Saturday, August 26. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 0-1.

The Bolts now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Riverton for a non-league bout on Saturday, August 26. Thunder Basin will confront a Wolverines team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to East (Cheyenne, WY). The Wolverines record now stands at 1-1.
