The Young Women's Leadership Academy Cardinals topped the visiting Pleasanton Eagles volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Cardinals now have a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to McCollum for a non-league test on Friday, September 1. Young Women's Leadership Academy will confront a Cowboys team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Wagner (San Antonio, TX). The Cowboys record now stands at 12-12.

The Eagles (15-11) will now prepare for their test against Randolph (Universal City, TX). The Ro-Hawks enter the non-league test with a 21-5 record. In their last test, Randolph gained a win over Somerset (Somerset, TX), 2-1, in a non-league test.
