Ohio High School Soccer - Carlisle knocks off Twin Valley South
August 26, 2024: Carlisle, OH 45005 Fans at Monday's non-league battle between the Carlisle Indians (Carlisle, OH) and the visiting Twin Valley South Panthers (West Alexandria, OH), saw Carlisle's soccer squad triumph over Twin Valley South by a count of 9-0.
The Indians (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against Northeastern (Springfield, OH). The Jets enter the non-league battle with a 0-2 record. In their last battle, Northeastern was overwhelmed by Fayetteville-Perry (Fayetteville, OH), 7-1, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Panthers battle the Preble Shawnee Arrows (Camden, OH) in a Western Ohio Athletic battle, on Thursday, August 29. Twin Valley South will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Arrows enter the battle with a 2-2 record after their 4-3 league loss to Newton Local (Pleasant Hill, OH).
