The Lions now possess a 5-4 record. They play next when they travel to Puckett for a Class 2A Region 7 bout on Tuesday, August 27. Raleigh will clash with a Wolves team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Clinton (Clinton, MS). The Wolves record now stands at 1-4.
With the loss, Crystal Springs drops to 2-2 on the campaign. The Tigers host Wesson (Wesson, MS) to clash with the Cobras in a non-league bout on Thursday, August 29. The Cobras come into the bout with a record of 7-5. Wesson won 3-1 in their recent league bout against South Pike (Magnolia, MS)
