With the win, Perquimans moves its record to 1-3 on the year. The Pirates host John Paul II Catholic (Greenville, NC) to meet the Saints in a non-league contest on Tuesday, September 2. The Saints enter the contest with a record of 1-2.
Next, the Bulldogs meet the C.B. Aycock Golden Falcons (Pikeville, NC) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, August 27. Princeton will attempt to improve on its 3-2 season record. The Golden Falcons go into the battle with a 2-2 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Hunt (Wilson, NC).
