Hough Huskies (Cornelius, NC) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Mallard Creek Mavericks (Charlotte, NC), 3-1 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Hough moves its record to 5-2 on the campaign. The Huskies host Pine Lake Prep (Mooresville, NC) to clash with the Pride in a non-league test on Wednesday, August 27. The Pride come into the test with a record of 3-0. Pine Lake Prep won 9-0 in their recent non-league test against Queen's Grant (Matthews, NC)
