The Mundy's Mill Tigers softball squad (Jonesboro, GA), was routed 22-3 in Tuesday's non-league contest with the visiting Jonesboro Cardinals (Jonesboro, GA)

With the triumph, Jonesboro improves its record to 3-3 on the year. The Cardinals travel to Eagle's Landing (McDonough, GA) to face the Eagles in a non-league contest on Wednesday, August 27. The Eagles enter the contest with a record of 1-3. Eagle's Landing won 23-10 in their recent league contest against Stockbridge (Stockbridge, GA)

The Tigers now hold a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they host Morrow for a non-league match on Tuesday, September 2. Mundy's Mill will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 16-0 league loss to Langston Hughes (Fairburn, GA). The Mustangs record now stands at 0-6.
