August 26, 2025: San Francisco, CA 94112 Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Balboa Buccaneers (San Francisco, CA) and the visiting The Bay School Breakers (San Francisco, CA), saw Balboa's volleyball squad notch a victory over The Bay School by a score of 3-1.
With the win, Balboa improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Buccaneers host Gateway (San Francisco, CA) to encounter the Gators in a non-league battle on Thursday, August 28. The Gators go into the battle with a record of 0-0.
The Breakers now own a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Quarry Lane for a non-league contest on Thursday, August 28. The Bay School will battle a Cougars team coming off a 3-0 league win over Holy Names (Oakland, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 2-0.
