Minnesota High School Volleyball - Fridley St. Francis
August 26, 2025: St. Francis, MN 55070 St. Francis Fighting Saints (St. Francis, MN) backers were pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the visiting Fridley Tigers (Fridley, MN), 3-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Fighting Saints (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Rush City (Rush City, MN). The Tigers come into the non-league challenge with a 6-0 record. In their last challenge, Rush City beat North Branch (North Branch, MN), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Tigers meet the Richfield Spartans (Richfield, MN) in a Tri-Metro challenge, on Wednesday, September 3. Fridley will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Spartans go into the test with a 0-2 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Roosevelt (Minneapolis, MN).
