Martin County Gators (Williamston, NC) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Southside Seahawks (Chocowinity, NC), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Martin County improves its record to 6-0 on the season. The Gators host Pamlico County (Bayboro, NC) to face the Hurricanes in a non-league test on Wednesday, September 3. The Hurricanes go into the test with a record of 3-5. Pamlico County won 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Bear Grass Charter (Williamston, NC)

The Seahawks now sport a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Pitt for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, August 27. Southside will play a Panthers team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Martin County (Williamston, NC). The Panthers record now stands at 0-5.
