August 27, 2021: Betsy Layne, KY 41605 In Friday's non-league game, the Betsy Layne Bobcats (Betsy Layne, KY) football team smashed the visiting Morgan County Cougars (West Liberty, KY), by a final score of 56-20.
The Bobcats (2-0) will now prepare for their game against East Ridge (Lick Creek, KY). The Warriors come into the non-league game with a 2-0 record. In their last game, East Ridge overwhelmed Phelps (Phelps, KY), 40-26, in a non-league game.
The Cougars now hold a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Jackson County for a non-league game on Friday, September 3.
