California High School Volleyball - San Marcos can't hold off Cathedral Catholic
August 27, 2022: San Diego, CA 92130 In Saturday's non-league battle, the host Cathedral Catholic Dons volleyball team scored a tight 1-0 triumph over the San Marcos Knights.
The Dons (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against La Jolla (La Jolla, CA). The Vikings come into the battle with a 1-0 record. In their last battle, La Jolla nudged Maranatha Christian (San Diego, CA), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Knights encounter the Otay Ranch Mustangs (Chula Vista, CA) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, August 31. San Marcos will attempt to move on its 5-2 season record. The Mustangs come into the battle with a 3-3 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Carlsbad (Carlsbad, CA).
