August 27, 2022: Warsaw, KY 41095 The Gallatin County Wildcats soccer team scored 9 points and limited the visiting Calvary Christian Cougars to 2 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Saturday.
Next, the Wildcats face the Owen County Rebels (Owenton, KY) in a District 31 contest, on Wednesday, August 31. Gallatin County will attempt to better on its 1-4 season record. The Rebels enter the contest with a 0-1 record after their 3-1 league loss to Carroll County (Carrollton, KY).
The Cougars now have a 0-6 record. They take the field next when they host Beechwood for a non-league contest on Tuesday, August 30. Calvary Christian will face a Tigers team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Lafayette (Lexington, KY). The Tigers record now stands at 3-3.
