The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Brighton Bulldogs (Brighton, MI) and the host Stoney Creek Cougars (Rochester Hills, MI), saw Brighton's volleyball squad nip Stoney Creek by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, Brighton upgrades its record to 5-3 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Skyline (Ann Arbor, MI) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Saturday, August 27.
