August 27, 2022: San Antonio, TX 78212 The Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Bears topped the host Edison Golden Bears volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Bears now have a 14-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Eagle Pass for a non-league test on Saturday, August 27. Pharr-San Juan-Alamo will confront a Eagles team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Martin (Laredo, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 0-12.
The Golden Bears (7-9) will now prepare for their test against Alamo Heights (San Antonio, TX). The Mules enter the 5A Region IV District 27 test with a 14-9 record. In their last test, Alamo Heights dropped by Johnson (San Antonio, TX), 2-0, in a non-league test.
