In Saturday's non-league contest, the Frontier Titans (Bakersfield, CA) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Mt. Whitney Pioneers (Visalia, CA), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Titans face the Madera South Stallions (Madera, CA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, August 27. Frontier will attempt to better on its 4-4 season record. The Stallions go into the contest with a 5-2 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Woodlake (Woodlake, CA).

With the loss, Mt. Whitney moves to 3-2 on the year. The Pioneers host Kingsburg (Kingsburg, CA) to face the Vikings in a non-league contest on Tuesday, August 30. The Vikings go into the contest with a record of 9-0. Kingsburg won 2-1 in their recent non-league contest against Central (Fresno, CA)
