August 27, 2024: Lancaster, OH 43130 Lancaster Golden Gales (Lancaster, OH) backers exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the visiting Coshocton Redskins (Coshocton, OH), 4-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Lancaster advances its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Golden Gales travel to Teays Valley (Ashville, OH) to clash with the Vikings in a non-league test on Thursday, August 29. The Vikings come into the test with a record of 5-0. Teays Valley won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Centennial (Columbus, OH)
The Redskins now have a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to River View for a Muskingum Valley test on Thursday, August 29. Coshocton will clash with a Black Bears team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Marietta (Marietta, OH). The Black Bears record now stands at 4-1.
